FULL MOON
IN LIBRA (5 DEGREES)
This Full Moon peaks just a few days after
the spring equinox. We're ready for new growth, new life.
The Sun in Aries calls for assertion, action, and adventure.
Mercury, Venus, and the North Node are also in Aries. Aries,
the first sign of the zodiac, learns by taking risks and
exploring new territory and always deals with the impulse
to charge ahead. The Aries theme shows innocence and courage
stepping into the unknown, unencumbered by the past and
striding boldly toward the future.
With the Moon, Jupiter, and the South Node
in Libra, we must consider how our actions affect others.
What's fair? What would bring more beauty and balance to
all concerned? Where the Sun at 6° Aries falls in your
natal chart indicates where you are ready to start something
new. Where the Moon at 6° Libra activates your chart
shows where you need to incorporate opposing views and desires.
On Good Friday, this Libra Full Moon rises
fullest about a half hour after Sunset depending on your
horizon line. Genuine appreciation and acknowledgement of
ourselves and each other helps to facilitate peaceful experiences
in all our relationships.
Three planets change direction within a
week of this Full Moon, forcing us to keep checking our
spiritual compass and tracking our instincts. Mercury, retrograde
since the 19th, extends its time in Aries from the usual
month to 68 days, giving us extra time to delve into new
ideas and information. When the Messenger is retrograde,
it urges us to double-check our facts and figures and make
sure that where we are heading is where we really want to
go.
Saturn went direct on March 21, marking
the end of the economic slowdown and restructuring phase
initiated by his retrograde on November 7, 2004. Objectives
have changed. Boundaries have been redrawn, duties reassigned.
We're leaner and wiser about the costs and consequences
of our choices. Now is the time to move ahead with creating
new forms and agreements.
Pluto takes his yearly turn retrograde on
March 26, putting pressure on us to look in the basement,
under the rug, and in front of our noses for what's outdated,
what's hampering us, and what's rotting. For most of us,
there is at least one elephant in the room, and this is
the time to begin dealing with it. Pluto will be retrograde
until September 2, exposing the personal assumptions and
cultural beliefs that are holding us back in our evolution.
Pluto, the Lord of Death and Rebirth gives us two choices:
We can make changes willingly or unwillingly, consciously
or unconsciously - but change we will.
This Full Moon reminds us that anything
is possible if we know what we want. Use the power of this
time to rekindle your deepest passions. This is the time
to visualize clearly your dreams and ideals in order to
make them a reality.

through the 12th of April. Use this time to re-evaluate,
re-do, re-think various aspects of your life. Do not initiate
new projects, sign contracts, see new doctors, begin new
relationships, from romantic to business. This is a time
to lay low and do anything that begins with RE. If you plan
to travel, expect and prepare for delays.

Full Moon Ceremony
Find the time to have your own private Full Moon
Ceremony. You have a three day window of energy in which
to manifest your intentions. The day before, the day of,
and through the day after the Full Moon.
Jot down two or three areas of your life
you want to clean up. The Full Moon is the time to release
or get rid of the things in your life that no longer serve
you, so by the next New Moon your slate is clean for new
beginnings, or furtile for the planting of new seeds.
Possible phrasing: I now release______
from my life. I now release my destructive ________ patterns.
I now let go of fear, Jealosy, anger, envy, negative thinking,
etc... Remember, think and
envision as though you have already let go of what you have
released. See yourself free from anything holding you back
from your dreams. Thoughts are things and the brain manifests
exactly what you show it in the form of thoughts and visuals
about yourself. The Buddha said, and I am paraphrasing,
"We are the sum total of our thoughts up to today.
" If we want to be different then we must change our
thoughts. "If you always do
what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've
always got." CONSCIOUS CHANGE is the key.
